New Developement Process Online Guide

Posted by Clay on April 21st, 2006

With the spring season upon us many homeowners will be launching home improvement projects or perhaps add a room or two to meet the growing needs of the family.

In addition, developers and owner builders will be looking at the prospect of some new construction.

If you have been there before, then you probably know the process can be a difficult one if you don’t follow procedure.

The Development Services of the City of San Diego have just launched auseful new web-based guide titled “Development Process: Step-by-Step” that can now be found online following this link.

Welcome to my Real Estate Blog!

Posted by Clay on April 18th, 2006

Spring has sprung painfully slow this year in California, but it is now time for all things to renew. A perfect time to launch my site, don’t you think?

This site has been created with you in mind: to inform and serve you. All of the features, tools and resources are free, with my compliments.

The goal of this blog is to present you with current information on the San Diego Real Estate Market and other interesting topics related to real estate that I come across. I hope you will find the entries informative and useful.

In the right column, you will find a series of links that will allow you to
subscribe to the RSS feed for this blog; it is a very convenient way to read new blog entries as soon as they are posted.

One of the first things I should point out is the extensive resources center of the site. It features hundreds of links and it is searchable by keyword to make finding things quick and easy. All of the links have been reviewed and scrutinized to make sure that they are clean, provide clear and useful information with minimal pop-ups or annoyances.

You can use the San Diego MLS Wizard engine, register for VIP membership to add enhanced features to the MLS wizard or request a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your home using the Value Wizard.

I have also included a full news feed from Inman News on the site. Feel free to educate yourself and stay abreast of the current happenings in the real estate market.

All of these tools are absolutely free and will allow you to work on your real estate projects from home, with a fresh cup of coffee, in your jammies. Isn’t technology wonderful?

For your convenience, I added links to all these features of the site in the left column (check under My links)

Feel free to post comments on my entries: feedback is always welcome, and writting is much more enjoyable when you can interact with readers.

I look forward to hearing from you in the future.
