Here’s how it works:

1. I will record a message on a small transmitter device describing your home and all its features.
2. I will make an appointment with you to install the device at your home; the transmitter unit is about the size of a small VCR (it weights less than 4 pounds) and can sit on a table or on the floor by your front window.
   
3. I will also place a Talking House sign in your front yard: the sign instructs potential buyers to tune in to an AM frequency on their radio to listen to the message featuring the details and features of your property, right from the comfort of their car.
   

It works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, broadcasting a description and all the details about your property. Now how is that for market exposure? Add this service to all the other seller services I offer and we will get your home sold in no time.

One of the first things I should point out is the extensive resources center of the site. It features hundreds of links and it is searchable by keyword to make finding things quick and easy. All of the links have been reviewed and scrutinized to make sure that they are clean, provide clear and useful information with minimal pop-ups or annoyances.

You can use the San Diego MLS Wizard engine, register for VIP membership to add enhanced features to the MLS wizard or request a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your home using the Value Wizard.

I have also included a full news feed from Inman News on the site. Feel free to educate yourself and stay abreast of the current happenings in the real estate market.
