I have been a licensed California real estate broker and REALTOR® for over 18 years.

I work full time at Leadingham Realty in Imperial Beach, California, and provide my services to San Diego families and investors alike, on a daily basis. I have facilitated numerous real estate transactions during the span of my career, ranging from first time home buyers to large commercial projects.

My professional experience covers a wide spectrum of real estate transactions including Probate, Loss Mitigation, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Property Management. My primary real estate market area is San Diego and the South Bay including Imperial Beach, Coronado, Chula Vista, Bonita, and San Ysidro.

My focus is always on what is best for my clients, with an emphasis on straightforward communication of facts and options that empowers them to make sound educated decisions regarding their real estate projects and investments.
